These product return policies apply only to items purchased in the “Somijas apavi” online store. For items purchased at the “Somijas apavi” store in Riga, K. Barona Street 36, the terms of return and warranty established by the Republic of Latvia apply.
Return of products within 14 days
Products purchased in the “Somijas apavi” online store can be returned within 14 days. If, upon receiving the product, you find that you are not satisfied with its color or size, you have the right to return it.
The product can be returned by sending it via mail, using a courier, or delivering it in person to the “Somijas apavi” store in Riga, K. Barona Street 36.
The costs of returning the product – postage, courier, or transport – must be covered by you.
When returning a product, you must include the original document proving the purchase – the delivery note. A purchase confirmation in your email is not considered a document that proves the purchase and cannot be used as a basis for a return.
Within 14 days, you can return the purchased product and receive a refund for the amount spent on it.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a purchased product for another color or size within 14 days, you may do so.
First, inform a “Somijas apavi” employee of your intention to exchange the product by contacting us via phone or email.
Then, bring the purchased product along with the original purchase document to the “Somijas apavi” store in Riga, K. Barona Street 36. Any costs associated with delivering the product must be covered by you.
We undertake to repair or exchange products free of charge in all cases specified by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
We do not exchange or repair products if the damage has occurred due to failure to follow usage instructions, intentional damage, or if the product has been repaired by yourself.
In case of product damage, the costs associated with delivering the product must be covered by you.
